Talk to Your Data

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Explore is where your research stops being a pile of transcripts and starts answering questions. It’s a chat-style workspace built on top of everything Gather has collected — every conversation, every project, every connected data source — so you can ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in your own data, complete with citations back to the source.

What you can ask

  • Summaries — “What were the top three frustrations customers mentioned this quarter?”

  • Comparisons — “How does sentiment about pricing differ between new and long-time customers?”

  • Evidence — “Show me quotes where people described why they almost churned.”

  • Themes — “What unmet needs come up most often across all my projects?”

Tips for better answers

Be specific about scope (a project, a time range, or a segment) when you want a focused answer, and broaden it when you want patterns across everything. Every response links back to the conversations it drew from, so you can click through to verify a claim or pull the original quote. If an answer looks thin, it usually means there isn’t much data on that topic yet — a good signal that it’s worth running a new project.
