Verbatim Library

The Verbatim Library is your brand’s research archive — a searchable record of every open-ended response your respondents have given across completed, eligible studies. Instead of reopening individual projects to hunt for a quote, you search one place and pull the exact words customers used. It’s one of your Core assets, so it stays live: as new eligible research completes, the library updates on its own.

Where to find it

Open Core assets from your dashboard and select the Verbatim Library. At the top you’ll see how many verbatims and how many studies are currently in the archive.

Searching your verbatim

The library is a master search across all of your studies at once:

• Keyword, phrase, or theme — search for terms like “trust,” “claims,” or “partnership” to surface every quote that touches the topic, no matter which study it came from.

• Study filter — limit results to one or more specific studies when you only want a particular source.

• Sort — order results by relevance to your search.

• Study tags — every result is labeled with the study it belongs to, so you always know where a quote originated.

Use it to back up a finding with real quotes, gather evidence for a report or social card, or explore how customers talk about a theme in their own words.
