My Brand

My Brand is your business’s profile inside Gather. It captures who you are, what you offer, who you serve, and how you sound — the context Gather draws on whenever it recommends research, writes interview questions, or generates content. A complete brand profile is the single biggest lever for making everything Gather produces feel like it came from you. My Brand is organized into four tabs, and your edits save when you click Save Changes in the top right.

Setting up your brand for the first time

If your account isn't already linked to a brand, Gather creates one the first time you sign in: you'll fill out a short Tell us about your business screen (business name, website URL, and email domain).

General

The core of your brand profile — the essentials Gather uses across every project: your business name, what you sell, your website, the categories you compete in, who your audience is, and your voice and tone. Keep this accurate and specific; it’s the foundation the rest of the platform builds on.

Knowledge

The reference material that makes Gather’s conversations and content informed rather than generic. Add context about your products, services, FAQs, and policies so the AI can speak accurately about your business and ask sharper follow-up questions.

Escalation

Where you set the contacts who should be notified when a conversation needs a human — for example, a complaint, a sensitive issue, or a flagged response. Add SMS and email escalation contacts so nothing important slips through while your research runs.

Brand Pack

Your voice and visual identity, derived automatically from the web. Gather crawls your website to assemble an on-brand pack — your tone of voice plus visual elements like colors, fonts, and logo — and refreshes it periodically (you’ll see a Last crawled on date). This is what keeps generated assets like reports, social cards, and ebooks looking and sounding like you, without manual setup.
